Session notes and AI
Source notes remain primary
RealmBinder stores the original note text and may create rewritten or enriched versions. Review generated content before using it as campaign canon.
AI-assisted features may include
- Session-note rewriting
- Finding and connecting campaign entries
- Summaries and table briefs
- Campaign chat through Chronicler
- Guided session interviews
- Timelines and status suggestions
- Cover art and other image generation
Availability depends on the plan, beta state, role, and current usage allowance.
Good input practices
- Use names consistently where possible.
- Include the relevant session date.
- Separate out-of-character notes from campaign events.
- Add campaign-specific AI guidance for tone, language, and terminology.
- Review ambiguous aliases and similarly named entities.
Accuracy
AI can invent details, merge separate characters, miss context, or produce wording that changes the meaning of your notes. Check dates, names, relationships, secrets, and quest outcomes.
Privacy
Relevant campaign content may be sent to contracted AI infrastructure to produce the requested result. Avoid including unnecessary real-world personal or sensitive information.
Usage limits
AI features and session notes have monthly limits. AI usage shows how much is left this month.
A generation failed
- Save the original note.
- Retry once after checking the connection.
- Reduce unusually large input where practical.
- Check AI usage to see whether a monthly limit has been reached.
- Contact support with the approximate time, feature, campaign URL, and error message.
Do not repeatedly submit the same action dozens of times.
