Terms of service

RealmBinder is in invite-only closed beta. Payments are disabled and beta access is not a paid subscription. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we may end or alter the beta programme. We'll give notice where we reasonably can.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, use a unique password, and enable two-factor authentication where it's offered. You're responsible for activity under your account. We will never ask for your password, authenticator code or backup codes.

You keep the rights to the campaign content you create. You grant us only the permissions needed to store it, display it to your campaign members, and produce the results you ask for. We don't claim authorship of your campaign, and we don't use your campaign content to sell to other people.

Only upload material you have the right to use and share with your group. Don't use RealmBinder for illegal content, harassment, or content that puts other people at risk. Campaign owners are responsible for who they invite and what they publish through public links.

AI-generated text and images are suggestions. They can be wrong, incomplete, or subtly different from what you wrote. Review anything you intend to treat as canon. We don't warrant that generated content is accurate or unique.

Usage allowances exist so the service stays up for everyone. Don't try to bypass them, and don't hammer a failing action dozens of times. Save your note, wait, and contact us instead.

You can export your notes and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, and will explain why where we're able to.

When paid plans launch, Polar will act as merchant of record and its terms will govern the transaction itself. Prices shown on the pricing page are the current plan and may change before billing is enabled. Nobody will be charged without being told first.
