Privacy policy

RealmBinder is operated by its two creators. The registered legal entity, address and data-controller contact will be stated here before the service leaves closed beta.

• Your email, your display name, and which sign-in method you used, whether that was email and password, Discord or Google.
• The notes, entries, maps, images and messages you and your campaign members create.
• The usage and technical records needed to run the service, apply usage allowances and investigate faults.
• Whatever you tell us in the beta application form, which we use to decide who to invite.

To give you an account, run your campaigns, produce the AI results you request, enforce usage allowances, keep the service secure, and answer your support messages. We do not sell your campaign content, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

When you ask for an AI result, the relevant campaign content may be sent to contracted AI infrastructure to produce it. See AI and your campaign for the plain-language version. The named providers and their retention terms will be listed here before launch.

We rely on third parties for hosting, databases, file storage, email delivery, authentication providers and, once billing is live, Polar as merchant of record for payments. A complete list with locations will be published here before launch.

For a question or request about your personal data, use the private contact route on our Contact page. Explain the request without including passwords or identity documents. We may need to verify that you control the account before changing or disclosing account information.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Contact us from your account email where possible and say what you're asking for. Don't send identity documents unless we specifically and securely ask.

You can export campaign notes and delete your account yourself from your profile at any time.

After deletion, limited data may remain for a period in backups, security logs, billing and tax records, dispute records, or in shared campaign content controlled by other members. Exact retention periods are being set and will be stated here.

Please keep real-world secrets out of your campaign. No health records, financial data, government identifiers or similar sensitive information. RealmBinder is built for fictional worlds.
