Exporting and deleting data

Export a campaign

Owners can export from Campaign settings → Export. The ZIP holds:

• Session notes
• Compendium entries, in one folder per type
• Player characters
• The lore pages you can see
• Pictures from notes, entries, characters and lore

Links between notes and entries become links between the Markdown files, and you can import the ZIP to rebuild the campaign. Maps, Chronicler conversations, memberships and the timeline are not included.

Delete a note

Deleting a note removes it, and its links and timeline entries, from the campaign straight away. It is permanently deleted 14 days later. There is no way to restore it yourself, so contact support quickly if you deleted one by mistake.

Delete a campaign

Only an owner can delete a campaign. Deleting hides it from everyone and it cannot be restored from the app. Export first, and check that the rest of your table no longer needs it.

Delete your account

Open Personal settings → Delete account, confirm, then type DELETE ACCOUNT in the final step.

Before deleting:

• Export any campaign you want to keep.
• Cancel any paid subscription.
• Turn off public links you no longer want.

Account deletion is immediate. A workspace where you are the only member is deleted with all its campaigns, and shared campaigns pass to another member.

Privacy rights requests

For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability requests, contact us from your account email where possible. Say which request you are making and include enough to identify the account. Do not send identity documents unless we ask for them through a secure channel.

What may remain

Some data can remain for a time in backups, security logs, billing or tax records and dispute records, and in shared campaign content other members still control. The privacy policy says which and for how long.
