Vaesen campaign notes
A gothic investigation game inspired by Nordic folklore where hidden creatures embody the old world's grudges, bargains, and wrong turns.
RealmBinder turns your table's rough notes or recordings into a shared record of the campaign: session recaps, characters, places and quests. Set the campaign to Vaesen and it knows the kind of story you are telling.
2 Vaesen campaign frames
Choose a frame when you set up the campaign, or keep just the system. The frame picks the covers you start from, sets the look of the art, and tells RealmBinder the setting when it tidies your notes.

What changes in a Vaesen campaign
Notes that keep the right tone
When RealmBinder rewrites a session or the Chronicler asks you about one, it is told what a Vaesen story sounds like. It uses that for tone only: what your table wrote down always wins.
- Tone
- Mysterious, eerie, melancholic, and investigative.
- Focus
- Investigating supernatural disturbances, understanding old stories, and restoring balance.
Beside your other tools
RealmBinder isn't a character sheet, a rules reference or a virtual tabletop. Keep playing Vaesen the way you do and link the character sheet you already use.
Characters in the game's own words
Player character profiles ask for a archetype, species and background, the terms Vaesen players already use.
